Mint is a perennial herb that derives from Europe and Asia, but now it naturally grows in most places across the world. The mint plant has been essential for various peoples in the Mediterranean since at least 300BCE, being used in medicines, fragrances, and for hygiene.

The distinct mint fragrance gives off a refreshing, clean aroma due to its sweet, and spicy scent.
