Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items
If your order contains a pre-order item or an item that is out of stock, your entire order will be held and dispatched together once everything is available - unless you tell us otherwise. If you’d like your in-stock items sooner, the easiest way is to place a separate order.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address:

If your order has already been placed and you entered the wrong address, please email support@clothes-doctor.com as soon as possible.
Please note:
- We require 1 working day to respond to customer support emails.
- Due to our efficient pick and dispatch operation, it may not be possible to amend addresses once your order has entered the packing stage.

Track Your Parcel
Your personal tracking link will also be included in your shipping confirmation email.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders delivered outside the UK, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country. These fees are not included in your Clothes Doctor order total.
Shipping Costs & Returns
If you return items that are unwanted or ordered in error, we reserve the right to withhold the original shipping charge from your refund.
If your item is damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact support@clothes-doctor.com with your order number and photos so we can arrange a replacement and advise on next steps.
