Delighted with these eco products in elegant recyclable aluminium.

Good product, bad service

After trying the 250g size, I placed the second order to buy 1kg size on 9 April 2023.

The product is as good as what other reviews have mentioned. However, up to today (31 May 2023), I still have not received any products in my second order. Customer service keeps replying me that they are arranging delivery.

If it takes almost 2 months to deliver the products, it would be much appreciated that it is stated clearly in the website to remind customers before they place order.

Excellent cleaning

I have given this 5 stars based on its cleaning power - really effective for a tiny amount and keeps whites looking bright and fresh.
If you are looking for heavily scented detergent however, this probably isn't for you. Very little scent- washing comes out smelling beautifully fresh, without that odd smell that often goes hand in hand with fragrance free detergent, but not fragranced as such.
I don't mind this, and it could be boosted with fabric softener (although laundry doesn't actually need it - comes out of the wash quite soft).
