Lightweight, mineral-based and non-biological, it’s gentle on fabrics yet effective enough to refresh clothes in a hotel sink, Airbnb bathroom or campsite basin. The powder format travels safely in hand luggage with no risk of leaking, just reliable, thoughtful care wherever your journey takes you. Finished with a soft citrus scent and packaged in an infinitely recyclable aluminium bottle, it’s a better way to look after your clothes while you travel.

15 - < 30% oxygen-based bleaching agents, 5 - <15% anionic surfactants, < 5%: non-ionic surfactants, zeolites, phosphonates, optical brighteners, polycarboxylates, fragrances.

Do not consume. Rinse eyes if splashed.

Handwashing is the most convenient and easy method to wash your clothes while travelling.

1. To get started, fill a sink, basin or bath tub with lukewarm water and pour one third of our travel wash, then agitate the water so the detergent and the water mingles.

2. After 5 minutes, submerge your clothes and agitate them in the water gently to remove dirt and stains. Be careful not to stretch or pull your clothes so you do not ruin the fabric.

3. Leave your clothes to soak for 20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.

4. Squeeze out excess water without wringing - you can try rolling them in a fresh dry towel. Hang your clothes to dry. 

5. If you have any special clothes, such as a silk dress or a cashmere cardigan, then do the same process as above but with a specialist detergent, such as our Silk Detergent or Wool Detergent, both available in small sizes.

Generally good detergent

Generally good detergent.
Requires a LOT of rinsing.
Also, as it’s designed for travel, it would be handy to have dosage instructions ON the bottle.
And concerns about skin contact are not great for a product you need to use your hands for…

Perfect size for traveling

Great little tin to take traveling . I keep it in my camper van for when we go off traveling and don’t want to take up space. It works a treat and smells lovely.

I have just been to Luxor in Egypt to look at various ancient temples there. I took the little tin drum of Travel Wash and used it every day. It was a great addition to my sponge bag as it is small enough to fit and the powder doesn't leak!! It is dusty in the desert and I had to wash some clothes every day. I will always take it with me now.

Smells lovely and works very well!

I think this power freshens your laundry really well and gets though stain out, the powder also has a antibacterial formula which is great.

I also think it is great that this product is vegan, can be used on a low temperature wash and the bottles can be recycled so it's a very eco friendly product.

This product is also great for on the go as it's travel size the set also comes with a bag for travel or to store away,

Perfect For Travelling

This set of 2 x 50g washing powders come presented in cute little metal jars with screw on lids. I ordered this set as my fiancé and I travel a lot within the uk and it is handy to have a small amount of washing powder with us to hand wash any items that we need to. I have used this washing powder a few times already and find it really foams up nicely when added to water, the smell is really gorgeous without being overpowering and the aroma lingers on washed clothes once they’re dry which is lovely. I find I don’t need to use a lot of this powder at once as a small amount gives plenty of washing power and any clothes I have hand washed have come out clean and lovely. This is a great little travel set which is indispensable and we love it!

As always a great product from this brand

This No6 travel washing powder is lovely for hand washing. As it’s powder it won’t cause as many problems if there are any leaks as a liquid would do. It smells lovely, a very delicate smell.

I’ve washed a few of my bits and pieces with the powder and it’s nice, and not harsh on my hands, or my colours but it removes everyday stains really well. As always with this brand a very good product.

Our travel wash is designed specifically for washing clothes away from home. The powder format means it won’t leak in your bag, and the gentle, mineral-based formula allows you to care for clothes properly using just a sink or basin, no machine required.
