We’ll email you before every refill is sent so you can make changes if needed. You can pause, skip or stop anytime in your account. And you can bring a delivery forward too, if you need your refills sooner.
If you find you regularly use more or less, you can switch the frequency of your deliveries to every 1, 2 or 3 months.
As you're choosing Detergent Only, we’ll always send you 3 × Detergent unless you tell us otherwise. But you can switch to 2 × Detergent + 1 x Conditioner or 3 × Conditioner at any time in your account if you ever need conditioner.
We'll automatically send you our latest limited-edition scent, currently Honeysuckle & Lime, unless you choose otherwise. If you'd prefer one of our previous scents, like Basil & Mandarin Leaf, you can switch to it in your account

Your starter box is worth £89.95 and costs just £30. It includes:
• 2 x refillable glass Bottles for Life + 1 x measuring cup (worth £50)
