Our Beechwood Cashmere Comb gently removes bobbles and pilling from knitwear, helping your garments look smooth, cared for and wearable for longer. Made from sustainably sourced, untreated beechwood, it’s designed to glide lightly over fabric without pulling or damaging delicate fibres. Simply comb in one direction to refresh cashmere, wool and fine knits. Compact and lightweight, it’s ideal for travel or for garments with light pilling that need occasional care.

A simple, effective way to care for your knitwear

Over time, natural fibres can develop small bobbles through wear. Our Beechwood Cashmere Comb is designed to remove them gently, helping knitwear regain a smooth, well-kept appearance. The finely toothed edge lifts pills from the surface of the fabric without cutting or tearing fibres, making it suitable for regular use.

  • Uniquely patterned cashmere comb
  • Made from unstained, untreated and uncoloured beechwood
  • Sustainably sourced
  • Plastic-free

Use on dry garments, combing lightly in one direction for best results

Great little comb

This is a fab little comb. It's aesthetically pleasing with the real wood but most importantly it works a charm. Bought it to use on my wool, cashmere and mohair mixed jumpers and it's great but it also worked a dream on a synthetic coat which I was close to throwing out. Perhaps the greatest discovery was that it could be used on our wool sofa, which looks more like a dog bed the kids have jumped on it that many times. Have just purchased the larger size to use specifically for the sofa moving forward.

Good tool

I used this on the inside of a tank top that had a lot of bobbling due to rubbing on a belt. It worked really well with no damage to the fabric. Looks as good as new.

Great Gadgets

At last, a de-bobble gadget that works without ripping holes in my woollens. Works best on a firm surface with the fabric held firmly in the opposite direction to the comb sweeps. Light pressure picks up all the bobbles

Cashmere Comb - yep, it works!

Having previously used battery powered debobblers, I was keen to give the Cashmere comb a go and I can report back that it really does work very well.

Cashmere collection revived!

This little gadget has revitilized my cashmere jumpers which were consigned to the back of the wardrobe due to bobbling. They are now smart and wearable again. Genius!

Cashmere essentials

I am a cashmere collector and I can’t live without these combs. I am fussy about maintaining my clothes, and have gorgeous sweaters that are 15 years old in immaculate condition. I use the comb carefully and regularly. I machine wash everything on delicate wool cycle with Clothes Doctor #3 cashmere and wool soap. Smells divine. I lay everything flat to dry and I comb it carefully before putting them away. Highly recommended

Expensive if ordering abroad

The comb is fine. But I can‘t recommend ordering from abroad. Due to Brexit the import taxes and fees turned out to be more than the price of the comb itself.

Sick of the plastic rubbish combs available on Amazon and eBay, I took a punt on one of these. SO glad that I did, it’s in a different league!!!

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW

YOur CASHMERE COMB QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Lay your garment flat on a firm surface. Gently comb the fabric in one direction using light pressure. Avoid going back and forth, and stop once bobbles have been removed.

The comb is suitable for cashmere, wool and other fine knitwear. Always start gently, especially on delicate or loosely woven items.

When used lightly and as directed, the comb is designed to remove bobbles without damaging fibres. Avoid pressing too hard or using on fragile areas like seams.

A cashmere comb removes bobbles by lifting them from the surface, rather than cutting them. This gives you more control and makes it especially suitable for delicate knitwear.

Use as needed when bobbles appear. Light, occasional use helps keep knitwear looking smooth and well cared for.
