Repairs and alterations are not always the simplest to translate, so it's not surprising if you're left scratching your head every now and then. We are able to complete 98% of the requests that come to us and we'll always advise beforehand over email about the likely outcome.

Repaired torn ski jacket

The seamstress did a very good job of repairing my ski jacket which was cut off me in an emergency following an accident. The stitches flow nicely changing colour where the jacket does making for some unnoticeable repair work. Remarkable!

Mixed Bag

When I first received the repair it was later than I expected and very poorly done. However after emailing in my complaint (with pictures) and request for a redo or refund the whole thing was taken care of very quickly and the new repairs were very well done. The staff was also very diligent in the second round in making sure everything went well and called me to go over the new repairs. The second repairs arrived back much more quickly and I also appreciate the mini travel laundry detergent included. So first round was terrible but second round was great. As far as using this service again I'm a little nervous about the quality control and timing but would consider it because the final work was so good and they made sure the mistakes were fixed.
