I would give ten stars

I have absolutely no words to describe the brilliance of this team. I have a cardigan in very very fine merino-wool cardigan, which after delicate washing, presented me with two holes, one of which was in a very prominent position. I was seriously annoyed as I had only worn it once. A year old, so it could not be returned. I packed it off to Clothes Doctor, half expecting it to be returned with a 'sorry, what are you thinking, it's too far gone' (or words to that effect!). What I received was a miracle. Really. I could not have hoped for better. I'm now lining up all my repairs and alterations, feeling very pleased with myself that I've found a means to prolong the life of my garments. All I can say is, Dragons, you were fools. These very talented sewers are clothes' angels.

Excellent Repairs to 2 Loved Knitted Items

The repairs to my knitted items was very good and you have to look hard to detect them. Well done Clothes Doctor!

Highly recommended service! Most friendly and helpful team, skilled and willing to take the time needed to provide an A+ job. Reasonably priced to mend or alter clothes of monetary or sentimental value. Personally, my items included cashmere sweaters and dresses with holes. They did a wonderful job and the holes have been filled in and you can't tell they ever existed in the first place. They also performed an anti-moth treatment, and cleaned and brushed the cashmere so it feels, smells and looks brand new! Thank you to the team! Also, they are most responsive and very good with customer service/emails/phone calls.

Thank you so much for the excellent invisible mend of my velvet jacket - I'm delighted to have it returned to pristine condition.

Clothes Doctor were wonderful to deal with - I even got a response at about 11 at night on their Live Chat. I used CD for moth holes in a ?throw? and a jumper and was very pleased with the results. People need to know that the repair is not invisible (hence the 4 not 5 stars) but the repairs were extremely good and the jumper is definitely wearable again. I probably wouldn?t use the service for a fine cashmere/ wool garment as I think the repair (I am only talking about moth holes) may end up being too visible, but wouldn?t hesitate to use the service again for moth hole repairs in other kinds of fabric - and I would certainly recommend to friends and family.
